Gather your team in the kitchen for a collaborative lesson in creating traditional Italian cuisine.

This Italian-themed team building cooking class with Chef Dan is your group's chance to explore their culinary creativity. With his expert guidance, you'll learn time-honored techniques for creating authentic Old World recipes with new world flair.

Begin with crispy garlic crostini topped with soppressata, fresh zucchini stuffed with tomatoes, onions and tangy goat cheese. Then, the team bakes up Italian chicken breast served in a port wine cacciatore sauce and assembles a chocolatey tiramisu parfait, a perfect chef's kiss of a dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

In addition to his successful career as a chef, he has taught more than 100 cooking classes on TV shows and at the local college level. Teaching is his passion, and he loves to bring the joy of cooking to aspiring chefs of all skill levels.
