Team Building Activity - Guacamole-Making Contest

Show off your team’s culinary talent and creativity with this fun team building event.

In this on-site team building experience with Chef Jose, team members face off in a friendly cooking competition. They will choose diverse ingredients from tropical fruit and fresh tomatoes to bold spices and fiery chilies in order to craft their best rendition of guacamole.

After the winning dish has been declared, the team can mix and mingle over DIY tacos and non-alcoholic sangria with an option to provide your own wine. While enjoying the taco station, Chef Jose will share fun trivia and more guacamole-making tips with the team.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Brazilian-born Chef Jose is a master of Spanish cuisine, having once prepared paella for a gathering of 400 guests. In addition to serving as a private chef, he’s a caterer and culinary teacher who holds a distinct passion for well-prepared Spanish dishes. Chef Jose strives to create a stellar culinary experience for every guest, student and aspiring chef he serves. As he so wisely states, “Life is too short to eat badly.”
