Team Building Activity - Guacamole Face-Off Competition
The excitement of friendly competition comes directly to your office with this guacamole-based team building activity from Chef Chericia. This is one time when playing with your food is not only encouraged, it’s required!
Your group will savor this on-site team building cooking challenge, featuring fun trivia and tips for creating game-changing guacamole. A DIY taco station and non-alcoholic sangria are included in the event, courtesy of Chef Chericia.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Ingredient options include avocados, ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onions, tropical fruit, chili peppers and more
