In this hands-on team building cooking class, your group will learn how to make an authentic, gourmet Southern-style meal. Chef Jimi is your guide as you learn a variety of techniques used in Southern cooking.

Begin by learning how to make a red snapper croquette with creamy remoulade. For the main course, prepare a crunchy and savory-yet-sweet honey butter chicken dish with creamy, homemade grits infused with Parmesan. For dessert, you'll fry up a Southern favorite: Buttermilk apple fritters laced with cinnamon icing.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jimi was great! Came on time and got right too work. He was supper friendly, food was amazing! There was so much food we were full before the main course even came out. Jimi did a good job at cleaning up. Made our special event a wonderful experience, will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know!

My husband, kid(s) and I took the pizza class, and it far exceeded our expectations. We learned authentic culinary techniques, enjoyed a delicious salad, crafted restaurant-quality dough, and ended with an equally delicious dessert. Highly recommended.

We loooooved chef Jimi! He was prompt in this arrival, mindful of our space, thorough in his cleaning. Now for the most important part- his food was PHENOMENAL!!! Overall 10/10 experience. Will be calling him again
