Gather your team for a robust dinner highlighting traditional dishes of Spain.

In this interactive cooking class, teams will come together to prepare an authentic Spanish meal. Guided by Chef Daniel, guests will explore a unique combination of sweet, salty and fresh ingredients.

Teams begin class by assembling a classic verde salad with manchego cheese. The main course invites everyone to work together to create a signature Spanish: Paella. Brimming with chicken, vegetables and fragrant saffron, paella is perfect for sharing. Finish this authentic Spanish meal with a traditional crema Catalana, a rich custard with caramelized sugar, citrus and cinnamon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
