Create three rustic courses of classic Italian favorites using the freshest ingredients available.

Discover how to enhance the natural flavors of fresh vegetables and fruit while polishing your knife skills. In this team building cooking class, you’ll learn recipes for three authentic farm-to-table dishes.

Chef Landi will demonstrate expert techniques for peeling, slicing and dicing vegetables to create a hearty and colorful meal. You’ll craft a minestrone soup brimming with vegetables, Italian herbs and Parmesan as well as a classic chicken Marsala with handmade pasta. End your team-focused experience with classic crêpes featuring Nutella and ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class was amazing!!! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this class. It was intimate and Chef Landi was so patient, funny and talented. I definitely would love to come back and do more classes with him!! 10/10 definitely recommend with friends, family or as a date!

My husband and I had so much fun! Chef Landi was wonderful; we had great conversation, and we left feeling like we had the confidence to make these dishes at home. You can tell he really loves and takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend for a date night or group of friends.
