Create three rustic courses of classic Italian favorites using the freshest ingredients available.

Discover how to enhance the natural flavors of fresh vegetables and fruit while polishing your knife skills. In this team building cooking class, you’ll learn recipes for three authentic farm-to-table dishes.

Chef Landi will demonstrate expert techniques for peeling, slicing and dicing vegetables to create a hearty and colorful meal. You’ll craft a minestrone soup brimming with vegetables, Italian herbs and Parmesan as well as a classic chicken Marsala with handmade pasta. End your team-focused experience with lemon polenta cake finished with strawberries and honey.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
