Team Building Activity - Sushi Rolls, Nigiri and Sashimi
In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Sharon, you will learn how to prepare a spread of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese sushi-making techniques.
Chef Sharon will begin by teaching you and your team how to properly prepare sushi rice as well as the basic knife skills and rolling techniques needed to make a classic spicy tuna roll. Then, you will prepare and beautifully present shrimp nigiri as well as salmon sashimi and black sesame seed cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
