Learn how to use Mexican flavors and ingredients to create a culinary fiesta as a team.

In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Sara, you and your team will either work together or compete in a cook off to prepare a three-course Mexican fiesta menu with a twist.

Chef Sara will begin by teaching you how to prepare creamy elotes, fresh salsa and chips for your first course. Next, learn how to whip up the perfect guacamole before crafting either shredded chicken chile rellenos or traditional beef picadillo chilaquiles. Wrap it all up with a luxurious Mexican hot chocolate trifle for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
