Team Building Activity - Mexican Fiesta With a Twist

Learn how to use Mexican flavors and ingredients to create a culinary fiesta as a team.

In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Sara, you and your team will either work together or compete in a cook off to prepare a three-course Mexican fiesta menu with a twist.

Chef Sara will begin by teaching you how to prepare classic elotes and fresh salsa for your first course. Then, you will cook either shredded chicken chile rellenos or beef picadillo chilaquiles for your entrée before ending with a Mexican hot chocolate trifle for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
