In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Pierre, you and your team will work together as you learn how to prepare a three-course gourmet dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you and your team can look forward to creating together include colorful vegetable spring rolls with a homemade Asian-inspired glaze, an herb-roasted garlic chicken with pesto or braised salmon with a citrus glaze for your entrée, and a decadent chocolate cheesecake with a berry sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
