In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Chris, you and your team will work together to prepare a three-course menu featuring a variety of tropical and refreshing flavors and ingredients.
Chef Chris will begin by teaching you and your team how to prepare perfectly seared scallops wrapped in hickory smoked bacon. Then, you will learn how to poach shrimp in a zesty and savory coconut broth served with a sweet, tangy jicama salad. You can also look forward to creating a rich and creamy jasmine rice pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
