What You’ll Do

Relax, unwind, and enjoy a taste of the tropics in this interactive team building experience.

In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Chris, you and your team will work together to prepare a three-course menu featuring a variety of tropical and refreshing flavors and ingredients.

Chef Chris will begin by teaching you and your team how to prepare perfectly seared scallops wrapped in hickory smoked bacon. Then, you will learn how to poach shrimp in a zesty and savory coconut broth served with a sweet, tangy jicama salad. You can also look forward to creating a rich and creamy jasmine rice pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An amazing experience all thanks to Chef Chris. He is professional, yet fun to learn from and work with. Chef Chris is also very clearly knowledgeable and accommodating - we had a group of 6 friends in our personal cooking class with varying experience levels with cooking. Ingredients were very fresh, and the recipes we made were very tasty and easy to follow. We will absolutely do this experience again and if possible, we would like to work with Chef Chris as well. Thank you!

Chris was professional, punctual, and considerate! We learned new techniques, got to ask any question we wanted, and he easily integrated into our family dynamics! He was especially kind to our 18-year-old son by getting him involved and teaching directly with him at times. On top of all that, the food we prepared was delicious! Some food items we would have never purchased at the store are now on our list to try again. He shared the recipes at the end of the night. Would definitely have him back again for more fun.

Chef Chris and his team were great. They showed up a little early to get set up and prepared. They were very kind to everyone but also focused on their craft. The food was amazing, everyone truly enjoyed the flavors and presentation. They cleaned up nicely and were out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I celebrated 22 years as a couple with surf and turf steak and shrimp, tangerine pear and blue cheese salad, wonderful creamy potato soup, and biscuits cooked to perfection topped with strawberries and whipped cream. They offer lots of classes!

Chris exceeded all expectations when doing our 4-course dinner for two for our anniversary. All of the dishes were excellent and had great presentation. He also did a great job of answering cooking questions along the way. We would highly recommend him and plan to use him in the future.

We loved Chef Chris' sushi making class! The knowledge and wisdom of his craft is on full display as he teaches the art! Chef Chris is such a wonderful and friendly instructor as he creates an environment that is personable and informative throughout the class, making it entertaining and relaxing, allowing us to enjoy it to the fullest! We had the best experience with Chef Chris. We hired him to cook brunch for my fiance's 30th birthday. He was on time, professional, and made great company during the time he was at our house. But the best part was the food!! Everything he made was delicious. The meal was even more enjoyable than what we could have gotten in a restaurant for the same money. We would ask Chef Chris to cook for us again without a doubt. Thank you Chef Chris!

We picked a meal that was actually too basic for our group. Chef was pleasant and friendly. Wasn't too fond of potato soup, lacked texture and seasoning. Liked using leak tops as garnish.

The “Stunning Seafood Spread” was fantastic! Chef Chris has a very nice “hands-on” approach to teaching — first demonstrating and then allowing us to take over. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. We would definitely take another class with Chef Chris!
