Learn how to throw an impressive Japanese dinner party in this interactive team building experience.

In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Harold, you and your team will work together to prepare a Japanese menu using both familiar and unique ingredients as well as time-honored Japanese cooking techniques.

Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to mastering in this class include an authentic miso soup, a homemade ginger dressing that will breathe life into any salad, two sushi rolls, tempura nori with spicy tuna and a refreshing mango salsa, and matcha green tea mochi.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
