Learn how to throw an impressive Japanese dinner party in this interactive team building experience!

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Harold, you and your team will work together to prepare a Japanese dinner party menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients as well as time-honored Japanese cooking techniques.

Some of the dishes you and your team can look forward to mastering in this class include an authentic miso soup, a homemade ginger dressing that will breathe life into any salad, three different types of sushi, tempura nori with spicy tuna and a refreshing mango salsa, matcha green tea mochi and more!

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Harold and his wife were a treat! Great personality and delicious food. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the provided space as well. Cozymeal concierge were incredibly communicative and helpful as well.

From the moment Chef Harold arrived, he was committed to providing us the full cooking experience. He was respectful, engaging, and never once let a dull moment pass by as he progressed through each dish. The food was excellent, and he even made sure to capture the experience with multiple photo opportunities. 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone considering this class - I fully intend to use him again to learn and experience a new dish (chicken wings, probably!)

Chef Harold taught us a lot about sushi, including fundamental information and insider knowledge, tips, and tricks. We really enjoyed it and had a good time. The food was delicious! Recommended.
