Team Building - Southeast Asian Fusion

Join Chef Harold and embark on a culinary journey through Southeast Asia with your team!

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Harold, you and your team will work together as you learn how to prepare a four-course menu that fuses the flavor profiles, ingredients, and cooking techniques of Chinese and Thai cuisines.

Some of the recipes you and your colleagues can look forward to preparing in this class include a hot and sour Thai soup studded with bay scallops, Chinese-style spicy chicken wings with sweet and sour sauce, drunken noodles swimming with succulent seafood, steamed red bean paste dumplings, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Highly recommend Chef Harold!
