In this hands-on team building class with Chef Peter, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course Pacific Northwest-inspired menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
You and your team will begin by working together to make garlicky grilled portobello mushrooms with balsamic vinegar. Then, Chef Peter will teach you and your colleagues the skills and techniques needed to create a full-flavored roasted salmon entrée featuring a vibrant homemade mango salsa and coconut rice. Lastly, you will end by working together to prepare a seasonal fruit cobbler for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
