In this hands-on team building class with Chef Fernanda, you and your team will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Spanish dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and cooking techniques that translate across all cuisines.
You and your team will begin by working together to create a spread of traditional Spanish tapas. Then, Chef Fernanda will teach you and your team the step-by-step process to preparing a beautiful, saffron-scented vegetable paella before ending this interactive team building experience with an impressive crema catalana with cinnamon and spices.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Scheduled a cooking class with Chef Fernanda with our global team. Great experience! Everyone had something to do no matter their level of cooking skills. Chef Fernanda was incredibly warm and welcoming and made the whole experience great!

We booked this event as a team building exercise for a group of senior leaders. It worked perfectly and Chef Fernanda was fabulous. The food we cooked was amazing and there was a great atmosphere. The spicy sauce was super tasty too! Would highly recommend any of Chef Fernanda's cookery classes!
Meet your chef
Chef Fernanda is a plant-based chef who has worked in the food industry for over 10 years. She combines her Mexican heritage and Miamian flare to create vibrant, wholesome cuisine at her Miami restaurant, and for her cooking workshops with a focus on food that's free of gluten, added sugar and additives. Chef Fernanda has shared her healthy culinary secrets on television, and has developed recipes over the years that resulted in two cookbooks.
