Team Building - Three Course Italian Dinner
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Fernanda, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian dinner menu using an array of fresh, high-quality ingredients and time honored Italian cooking techniques.
You and your team will begin by working together to craft an olive tapenade bruschetta with local bread, and roasted garlic and vegetables. Then, you will choose between a truffle oil and mushroom risotto or gnocchi with superfood pesto for your entrée before ending with an incredibly moist and tender citrus olive oil cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
