Team Building - Thai Fare From Scratch
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Fernanda, you and your team will learn how to prepare a naturally vegan and gluten-free three-course Thai menu using a colorful spread of both familiar and exotic ingredients.
You and your team will begin by working together to prepare handcrafted spring rolls. Then, Chef Fernanda will walk you through the step-by-step process for building layers of flavors and textures in a vegetarian pad Thai entrée. For dessert, you and your team can look forward to making and enjoying sweet mango rice pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
