What You’ll Do

Join Chef Matt and discover that classic, traditional Italian cooking doesn't have to be complicated.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Matt, you and your team will work together as you learn how to prepare a three-course Italian menu that is simple in preparation, yet complex in flavor.

Some of the recipes you and your team can look forward to mastering in this team building experience include a simple Italian salad with a creamy homemade dressing, butternut squash gnocchi with guanciale, roasted broccolini with sun-dried tomatoes and a hot lemon vinaigrette, and red wine-poached cherries with mascarpone cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

His background includes being a sous chef for James Beard nominee Chef Jenn Louis, being a top 10 finalist in the Food Network's "Christmas Cookie Challenge" and running his own catering bakery business. Chef Matt is a creative chef who enjoys the process of teaching and training others.
