Discover how the traditions of authentic ravioli making lie in working together as a team.
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Michelle, you and your team will work together to prepare a four-course Italian menu featuring handcrafted ravioli you'll create using Chef Michelle's great, great grandmother's original pasta-making machine.
You and your team will prepare the entire menu, including the ravioli, completely from scratch. You will start by working together to roll out the pasta dough for the ravioli with rolling pins, then rolling it through the machine, cutting it into squares, filling the ravioli squares, and then cooking and enjoying them together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michelle has dedicated more than 25 years of her life to studying and practicing holistic health, and incorporating and infusing those foundational philosophies into her culinary career. Today, Chef Michelle is known for her talents as an amazing raw chef as well as a highly skilled vegan pastry chef. When she’s not in the kitchen, Chef Michelle can be found tending to her organic edible herb and flower garden.
