I can cook an elaborate one pot meal with this Staub 12" braiser. Even through the steam, all of the cooking action can be seen through the clear lid, so no need to lift the cover. The braiser is large and displays an whole meal beautifully at the table.

WOW, what a fabulous addition to our kitchen! Out of the box, we made cheeseburgers! They were every bit as good as what I do on my cherished outdoor grill! It rains a lot here in the Northwest. This braiser has already become a staple in our home.
