Care and Use: Rinse the work bowl, cover and blade immediately after each use. All removable parts are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor base clean with a damp sponge or cloth and dry immediately. Never submerge the motor base or plug in water or other liquid.

As a professional chef, I love the versatility of this 4-cup Chopper/Grinder. Small enough to travel with me for events, especially when I need grind batches of different fresh spices. And when at home, it is powerful enough that I don't have to pull out my large, bulky food processor. Great for fast vegetable chopping, emulsifying sauces, creamy dips, and desserts. I highly recommend this item!
