The raspberry sauce infused with lemongrass and kefir lime leaf was a brilliant balance of sweet and tangy, elevating each bite to new heights. Equally divine was the plum sauce with a delicate blend of five spice—perfectly aromatic, it added just the right depth of flavor to complement the rest of the dish. The duck itself was seasoned to perfection and cooked to an ideal tenderness, showcasing Chef Dean’s extraordinary skill.
