The evening opens with a fresh tomato and mozzarella Caprese salad before moving into lemon ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and dressed in garlic butter. Rosemary and garlic infused chicken with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables anchors the main course. Finally, a rich chocolate and espresso mousse brings the meal to an elegant close.
