We had the best time and so many laughs with Chef Tiff! The Paella we made was so delicious and the Flan a perfect ending to a perfect meal.
We learned so much about building flavors and the best advice about how to dress a perfect salad!

We had a great time with Chef Tiff. We learned some very fun new recipes that we will continue making into the future! She was also incredibly knowledgable and taught us lots of great kitchen techniques that we have been practicing since. She shared lots of information about healthy cooking and eating that we both really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to cook with Chef Tiff again in the future!

Chef Tiff was absolutely great! We had her come for a surprise event for our daughters 18th birthday with her best friends. She arrived early to get prepared, brought everything with her and was relaxed, knowledgeable with an easy approach to cooking. She made it fun and so tasty. It was great to learn about all of Chef Tiff's other cooking adventures and skills and I would definitely recommend her for an event or something fun to do. It was a fun evening that was a unique birthday idea that was enjoyed by all.

Tiff was awesome, personable, professional, and overall an excellent Chef! Our family was expecting to take a class from her however, due to a mistake on my part, she arrived prepped and ready to delight us with a private event. We were not at all disappointed though because she not only filled out bellies with delightful tempura, sushi, and an awesome matcha dessert, she talked through with us her process in making all the dishes and answered any questions we threw at her. We learned a lot about how certain dishes are made and how we can make some dishes ourselves without much effort.
You could tell her knowledge and passion of world cuisine throughout the night which made the experience even more enjoyable.
My family and I loved loved the private event, we will be attempting to book a class with her in the future!
Also, sorry no photos, I think we were too excited to eat it all.

Chef Tiff was amazing! My husband and I had a wonderful time, and for the first time (after years of trying) we finally made successful spring rolls. She made it incredibly easy, was very respectful to us and our kitchen, and we certainly will be taking additional classes from her in the future. 10/10 would recommend anyone to book her services!

What a wonderful experience we had with Chef Tiff. She provided an amazing meal, interesting conversation and a spotless kitchen when she left. Chef Tiff was called in late to fill in for the original Chef that had to call off ill. She picked up the recipe and perfectly created the culinary journey to the Puglia region we were hoping for. I would highly recommend Chef Tiff to anyone in the Boulder/Denver area that wants a magical and delicious evening at home with family and friends. The Best! Thank you!

Chef Tiff is awesome!! My wife and I totally enjoyed every minute of the experience. We learned a few new techniques....and had so many good laughs sharing stories. We also learned A LOT about some of the science in cooking...Chef Tiff definitely knows her stuff!! We also learned a few new techniques....like how to cut an onion so that it doesn't make you cry!! The meal turned out incredibly yummy too! You can't go wrong with Chef Tiff....just book her and get ready to learn....and be hungry!! :)
