This private chef experience takes you on a tour of Italy with classic flavors beautifully presented by Chef Itztli. Enjoy an intimate and personalized culinary journey where each dish showcases the heart and soul of Italian cuisine.
Start the evening with juicy meatballs sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and a warm rosemary focaccia to soak up the spicy tomato sauce. For the centerpiece of the meal, Chef Itztli will prepare handcrafted pappardelle pasta with pancetta, snap peas and arugula in a white wine butter sauce topped with crispy breaded chicken. For dessert, indulge in the chef’s signature cannoli dipped in chocolate and pistachios and filled with silky espresso mascarpone.
