Private Chef - Traditional Spanish Fare

Chef Dorian is the man! My wife planned a 8 person brunch for my birthday with a menu curated by the chef himself, and it was spectacular. Each dish on the 5 course tasting menu was well thought out to cater to things I enjoy and was delicious. He is quite gifted in the kitchen. All of his dishes were plated impeccably. His ingredients were super fresh and delicious. He also caters to various diet desires including vegetarian/vegan. Before looking any further, ask about ALL of his offerings because beyond the private cheffing, he also does grazing tables, meal prepping, packables (for a picnic/Hollywood bowl, for example) and anything culinary your heart/mind can conceive. We can NOT wait to work with him and his team again.

Chef Dorian really wowed us for our special event. From the planning to the orchestration of the meal, everything was taken care of, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The cuisine that he crafts is full of outstanding and unique flavor combinations, like his porcini - chocolate torte. So good! I highly recommend him, and will definitely call on him and his team for our next occasion!!
