This class was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about vegan cooking. Every recipe was thoughtfully designed, easy to follow, and absolutely delicious. I loved how the class focused not just on recipes, but on why ingredients work together, how to build flavor without animal products, and how to make meals that are both nourishing and satisfying. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and encouraging, making it easy to ask questions and try new techniques without feeling intimidated. I walked away inspired, confident, and excited to recreate everything at home.

She cut and cubed her way into each of our hearts, and empowered us to cook with a bit more confidence. Who knew the best chocolate pudding dessert could be made with garbanzo beans?! We had a great time cooking with Chef Jackie! Learned a lot in a fun and relaxing environment, and of course the food was delicious. Especially appreciate that Chef Jackie made sure to keep us involved in the cooking process and gave us a friendly nudge in the right direction if we weren't doing something correctly. It's important to give that kind of proper instruction and constructive criticism. Would definitely recommend a class with Chef Jackie!

Our experience with chef Jackie was nothing short of incredible! We had so much fun and truly learned so much that we can apply in our everyday cooking. She was patient with us and also really lovely to chat with as well. My boyfriend and I both agreed that it was one of the best Friday nights we’ve ever had. Jeff Jackie's event/experience largely exceeded my expectations. Not only the recipes were fabulous, she is a great teacher. We learn many basic cooking technics, such as how to properly hold a knife, ways to cut scallions, etc, etc. The food tasted amazing. Thank you so much Jackie

Chef Jackie taught a super fun and informative class! The food that we made was delicious and I really liked that she infused her Lebanese culture into the meals because they were very unique. I learned a lot of new cooking techniques that I will apply on a daily basis, and I already bought ingredients to make one of the amazing dishes she instructed. This class truly exceeded my expectations!

We very much enjoyed Chef Jackie's Lebanese cooking class. She customized the menu for us (presumably possible only because the two of us were the only students that day). She is a warm, welcoming host, and the food was tasty. Making the food was a lot of fun and we very much enjoyed the meal at the end. The recipes are good, but if you are an interested cook willing to experiment, you can find good recipes for anything on the internet. So, though our meal was delicious, what we appreciated even more was Chef Jackie's instruction in broader aspects of cooking. She will, for example, correct your knife technique, showing you the best way to hold and use a chef's knife, and giving you chances to repeat newly-learned motions. She's been a teacher for years, and it shows. We'll put the skills we learned to use in daily life. This was an excellent experience all around.

This was a great class. We made delicious food and learned great recipes and new cooking skills. Chef Jackie is very patient and accommodating and has a joyful attitude toward cooking that makes for a comfortable, collaborative atmosphere.
