Begin your culinary adventure with the selection of an appetizer such as shrimp tempura, savory dumplings or spring rolls followed by fresh sushi. For the main course, the chef will prepare your choice of top-notch dishes like miso-glazed salmon or Korean-style short ribs. Finish with a vibrant dessert infused with signature Asian flavors.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Her family has owned and operated a restaurant in Manila renowned for its authentic Filipino comfort food. Today, Chef Nancy can be found making televised appearances as well as hosting interactive culinary experiences that champion authentic Filipino fare.

Three of us went for Haute Halal Filipino Favorites class, we enjoyed the company and the food. We also had a visitor that brought in Tamales to taste, so that was a surprise and fun. But we felt that if this was a cooking class we left without learning anything from the Chef. We were hoping for insight into Philippines cooking and basics but we ended up with pre cooked soup that was already made before we showed up. The starter was also pre-made before we showed up. There was only one station so only one person got hands on experience of cooking 3 dishes. So if you want to learn this is not the class for you. If you want to have good food and company this is a great experience. The price felt steep for what our experience was.
