You'll start with a shrimp fritter appetizer. Your next course is a potato leek soup with crab salad, seasonings, parsley and chives. The main course is poached wild Alaskan salmon with a Chardonnay, lemon and butter sauce. Pair this with crispy roasted Brussels sprouts and orzo pasta. For dessert, enjoy a warm berry cobbler with streusel topping and vanilla bean ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
