This private chef experience is the best way to enjoy world-class sushi while dining in an intimate, low-key atmosphere. The talented Chef William has crafted a delectable Japanese feast, starting with a fresh tuna poke salad. Next, Chef William will prepare a comforting sweet potato tempura, followed by the "zigzag" hand roll, consisting of shrimp, rice and avocado wrapped in soy paper. Rounding out the evening's savory stage is a serving of raw tuna topped with jalapeño and sesame lemon dressing. For dessert, you'll be treated to mochi ice cream.
