WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Enjoy authentic Mexican dishes with a luxurious twist.
Explore the flavors of Mexico in this immersive private chef experience. Chef Juan will transform fresh ingredients into a luxurious meal featuring authentic Mexican dishes. Freshen your palate with ceviche made from aguachile, a mixture of shrimp marinated with lime juice and cilantro. Then, enjoy a rich cochinita pibil, pork slow-roasted with oranges and pickled onions. On the side, enjoy savory borracho beans with bacon and mezcal. Finish the meal with decadent churros for dessert with a homemade chocolate sauce for dipping.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
