Enjoy a fresh coastal feast that will transport you to Amalfi, Italy.

This private chef experience will leave you feeling like you're sitting seaside on the shores of Italy. Chef Alessio will first serve a grilled seafood salad studded with shrimp, calamari and clams, followed by linguine pasta vongole featuring fresh clams and white wine. For the main course, enjoy catch-of-the-day nestled in a saffron broth with roasted broccolini and whipped lemon potatoes. Finally, indulge in an apple pastry with vanilla gelato.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Insalatina di Mare

Grilled seafood salad with shrimp, calamari, clams, celery, heirloom tomatoes and lemon vinaigrette

Fresh Linguine Vongole

With middle neck clams, roasted tomatoes, garlic confit, white wine and fresh parsley

Pesce del Giorno

Grilled or seared fish-of-the-day with a saffron broth, garlic roasted broccolini and lemon-olive oil whipped potatoes

Sfogliatina di Mela

With puff pastry, baked honeycrisp apples and vanilla gelato

Chef Alessio was amazing! He was very personable and his ravioli transported us to Italy and even made some of us tear up because of how delicious it was. We also really enjoyed hearing about his Italian roots. Boxed pasta has forever been ruined for us and that is definitely not a bad thing! Would 1000% recommend this experience with Chef Alessio! Thank you again!

This class was great. Chef Alessio was very friendly, personable, and helpful. The food was amazing and we will definitely book again. If you are interested in this type of class I definitely recommend using Chef Alessio.

Chef Alessio created a personal and friendly experience filled with fun anecdotes, delicious recipes, and memories that will last a lifetime. This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience with a hands-on opportunity to work with a master in his field, making pasta and laughing throughout the night. I truly cannot recommend this class enough and plan on booking another experience with Chef Alessio.

Chef Alessio's pasta class was a real treat. I learned how to make the perfect ravioli, while listening to interesting food anecdotes all relating to pasta and its origins. It was great to find out how versatile pasta really is. Different ingredients, shapes, fillings and of course sauces to go with it. Salty, sweet, boiled, roasted, fried.....the possibilities are endless. What a fun experience it was and Chef Alessio's upbringing in Italy made it that much more special and authentic.
