Private Chef - Classic Venetian Dinner
Rich Italian flavors will be on full display in this private chef experience. Chef Alessio will create a four-course feast of Venetian classics, starting with a cauliflower velouté and seared scallops enveloped with rich brown butter. Next, try beef accented by foie gras mousse, whipped mashed potatoes and Marsala wine demi-glace followed by a dreamy risotto radicchio. Enjoy a decadent vanilla bourbon custard with a pistachio brittle for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
