Private Chef - Gourmet International Fusion
A variety of ingredients from different cultures come together in this artfully created private chef experience. First, spicy pork spring rolls with collard green kimchi showcase an unlikely duo of flavors. Then, rich seared duck breast topped with bourbon cherries and fried shallots will light up your palate along with charred green beans with lemon and a garlicky purée of potato and parsnip. Finally, dig into a molten lava cake with candied pecans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
