Indulge in Asian dishes with fresh plant-forward flavor in this private chef experience with Chef John, beginning with a traditional savory stew filled with tender tofu pieces. Then, you'll enjoy classic bibimbap peppered with vegan beef crumbles, silken tofu and seasonal vegetables, and kimchi made with cucumbers and peppers. For dessert, sink your spoon into a cool melon soy milk ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
