In this private chef experience, Chef Eric infuses Italian cuisine with California influence. To begin, enjoy meatballs simmered in a spicy tomato sauce and sprinkled with fresh herbs. Next, twist your fork in homemade pasta with shrimp tossed in a butter Parmesan sauce, and sautéed broccoli with spicy chili flakes and tangy lemon juice. For dessert, indulge in an olive oil cake topped with homemade whipped cream and seasonal fruit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

In our demo, Eric cooked some baby carrots and roasted bell peppers with hummus and a dressing. Everything was clearly explained and the final product looked fantastic. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and that shows in everything he does. He clearly explained the principles of what he was doing and even why the carrots were different colours all while continuing to cook. Awesome chef.
