Enjoy the heart and heritage in this private chef experience from Chef Dustin. Begin with seasoned Cajun-style shrimp and grits richly flavored with cheddar and brown butter. Dive into sugar-glazed baby back ribs served with a variety of hearty side dishes, including collard greens, roasted potatoes and baked beans flavored with jalapeños, cheddar and sausage. Settle in with authentic banana pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dustin prepared an amazing wood-fired pizza feast for our large group. The food was delicious and Chef was extremely professional and a pleasure to spend time with as he prepared our wonderful meal experience.

Food brings people together. That is Chef Dustin's motto and it certainly does and what is left at the end of an evening learning and cooking with Chef Dustin is a very satisfied pallett and great memories. Not only is he a star teacher sharing his wealth of knowledge, he also makes it a lot of fun and shows you how easy and enjoyable it can be to prepare simple and delicious food. His sweet cactus bread pizza is a winner and cannot be missed!!
