Imagine the breeze off the Mediterranean Sea as you enjoy the flavors of the region.

Enjoy a gourmet meal of bright Mediterranean dishes in this private chef experience with Chef Victoria. Start with an earthy dip of grilled dates and eggplants. Next, savor a refreshing gazpacho before enjoying the entrée: Sea bass served with a tangy black olive salsa and a side of turmeric quinoa salad with figs, pecans and honey. Finish with an authentic Greek orange honey cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Victoria was incredible!! Her food was to die for, and her energy was infectious. We had a private dinner party of 9 women, which included a few foodies and a few picky eaters, and everyone LOVED the meal. Highly recommend her.

Chef Victoria was amazing! The food was great and she as very professional. We're going to be using her again for a future event and I highly recommend. The eggplant appetizer blew us both away!!
