Private Chef - Elegant Brunch Spread

Traditional brunch fare gets an upgrade in this private chef experience. Chef Dustin begins with a breakfast platter featuring crostini, smoked salmon and goat cheese. Fried chicken tenderloins topped with homemade sausage gravy make a hearty entrée, with root vegetables in creamy herb sauce on the side. You'll also dine on a richly layered hash brown soufflé and savor fresh-baked cornbread topped with raspberry sauce and whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dustin’s love for cooking began as a child watching his mother in the kitchen, leading him to pursue a culinary degree from Robert Morris University. Over the past 20 years, he’s built a career as an experienced chef in restaurant kitchens as well cooking privately for clients in their homes. His Southern roots influence his approach to cuisine, and he’s excited to share his passion and knowledge of cooking with others.
