These seared Spanish sea scallops promise to be a mouthful in more ways than one.
During this private chef experience, Chef Michael will prepare for you a three-course seafood dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and sultry Spanish flavor profiles. Chef Michael will begin with a classic arugula and fennel salad with segmented fruit and homemade dressing. Then, enjoy pan-seared U8 diver scallops with a brown butter sauce, parsnip purée, and asparagus. Finally, Chef Michael will serve a light fruit soup with vanilla, mint, and homemade whipped cream.
