Taste the authentic, bright and decadent flavors of signature New Orleans dishes.

Explore four courses of New Orleans classics prepared from scratch for you by Chef Chericia. This private chef experience begins with oysters perfectly charbroiled with butter and herbs, and a hearty gumbo teeming with crab, shrimp and sausage. For your entrée, enjoy blackened fish braised in butter and paired with a tasso crab cream sauce and a corn, tomato and okra jambalaya. Chef Chericia will expertly flambé bananas with rum and sugar for a show-stopping dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

NO SHOW! I’ve never seen anything more unprofessional. From being asked only a week before the event if we can reschedule over changing the dinner time on us twice (including the morning of) to finally not showing up at all! It screamed better offer. The Friday before Christmas with guests who flew in from out of town, we were left standing there embarrassed without any food. I would give 0 stars, if I could.
