Explore the sophisticated side of vegan cuisine in this private chef experience.

Join Chef Jamie as she handcrafts an elevated vegan meal, beginning with a seasonal vegetable flatbread. Followed by a comforting stuffed bell pepper with a refreshing lemon coconut yogurt sauce served as your main course. Finish your meal with a warm and rich peach crumble with a candied walnut topping.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Roasted Vegetable Flatbread

Lentils Stuffed Bell Peppers with a Lemon Yogurt Sauce

This class was so great! We don’t have enough good things to say. Chef Jamie welcomed us into her home that was clean, intimate, beautifully decorated and a perfect space for my mother and I to take this cooking class. We had the privilege of it being a private class. Chef Jamie explained each step thoroughly before beginning and continued to do so as we went through each step. At times, when I was hard on myself with not knowing what to do, she consistently reassured me that learning is part of the process and it’s okay to make mistakes. Everything we made was so delicious and cooked/prepared to perfection. Was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Chef Jamie!

Great experience at the pie making class! Chef Jamie has a passion for what she does and was very welcoming which made the experience lots of fun! The pies were delicious and we learned a lot about both baking and cooking. Highly recommend taking a class with Chef Jamie!

I booked chef jamie for my wife and I as a special Valentine’s day date. My wife loves to cook and i absolutely love that i never have to, so i wasnt sure what to expect, but the entire night blew us both away. Immediately we felt comfortable, excited , and hanging on every word Chef jamie said. She was well versed and able to explain each step, no matter the skill level coming in to the class. But even more than that, she made it fun, relatable and engaging. We made a crostini to start that im still dreaming about, perfect pillowy gnocchi and tiramisu with left overs for the whole week! Chef Jamie was spunky , personable, educational, and made cooking fun, plain and simple. I would highly recommend Chef Jamie to any one who wants a night out with great company, great atmosphere, and even better food ( at the end she even lets you lick the spoon !)

Best choice I've made has been hiring Chef Jamie as a Private Chef for over 3 years. You can tell she cares about her client's wants and puts her heart into her cooking. Throughout my time working with her, she has been able to adjust my meals to work with different dietary needs and still deliver delicious meals.
