Savor unique gourmet French cuisine with the help of molecular ingredients.

Dine on classic French fare with exquisite modern touches in this private chef experience with Chef Ozzy. Begin with a seafood soup featuring leeks and a contemporary foam topping, followed by traditional filet mignon coated in a pepper and brandy sauce and sided by decadent duck confit potatoes and ratatouille with an herby rosemary sauce. Chef Ozzy will serve a Breton tart infused with fennel flavors for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
