Private Chef - Gourmet French
Dine on classic French fare with exquisite modern touches in this private chef experience with Chef Ozzy. Begin with a silky corn bisque featuring buttermilk and gougéres, followed by traditional filet mignon coated in a pepper and brandy sauce and sided by decadent potatoes and a hash made with seasonal vegetables. Chef Ozzy will serve a Breton tart infused with fennel flavors for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
