Dine on classic French fare with exquisite modern touches in this private chef experience with Chef Ozzy. Begin with a silky corn bisque featuring buttermilk and gougéres, followed by traditional filet mignon coated in a pepper and brandy sauce and sided by decadent potatoes and a hash made with seasonal vegetables. Chef Ozzy will serve a Breton tart infused with fennel flavors for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My wife and I took the "modern steakhouse" cooking class with Ozzy because we were having trouble getting the desired temperature on our steaks. Ozzy came to our apartment for the class which I thought was very helpful because we got to learn in our own kitchen. Ozzy is a very experienced and accomplished chef but he was also very friendly and we loved his teaching style as it allowed us to watch him and then replicate for ourselves. I’ve cooked steak 3 times since and I have been able to cook the steak at medium rare consistently. We are very grateful that we took this lesson and would recommend Chef Ozzy to anyone that wants to learn about cooking.

Ozzy was very friendly, respectful, and clean but this was actually not a good meal at all. Would not recommend even for 10% the price. For the price it was a complete rip off. Salad - terrible dressing and there wasn’t anything thing in it besides arugula and Parmesan. Pasta- extremely salty. To a degree we did not want to eat after 2 bites. Steak - this dish was 7/10. Cooked very well, great presentation, over seasoned and too salty Dessert - pretty good but the cake was dry. For the price we though this was an outrageous rip off and I would not recommend to others.
