This elevated four-course vegan Mediterranean feast begins with a colorful mezze platter featuring creamy hummus, herb-roasted flatbread and fresh vegetables. Next, enjoy the bold flavors of braised cauliflower in a rich homemade tomato sauce with roasted potatoes and garlic aioli on the side.
