This elevated four-course vegan Mediterranean feast begins with a colorful mezze platter featuring creamy hummus, herb-roasted flatbread and fresh vegetables. Next, enjoy the bold flavors of braised cauliflower in a rich homemade tomato sauce with roasted potatoes and garlic aioli on the side. Then, sink your spoon into a creamy dark chocolate tart showered with fresh berries and nuts for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dorothy was amazing! She was super bubbly and cheerful. She taught us new styles of cutting and knife safety. The recipes were delicious, very flavorful for being vegan. My family has a great time! Will definitely be using this service again!
