In this private chef experience with Chef Joseph, you'll explore an abundance of fresh flavor from the sea. Begin your meal with cured togarashi salmon for a refreshing starter. Enjoy an assortment of sushi rolls and sashimi crafted with fresh ingredients, including hamachi, salmon, eel and avocado, and a savory fermented daikon salad. For dessert, indulge in a soft sweet bean dorayaki topped with creamy green tea ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

It was an amazing experience! Chef Joe made us feel comfortable and taught us so much about Italian cuisine and how to make pizza Napoletana. The food was delicious and fun to make. I would highly recommend Chef Joe!
