In this private chef experience, Chef Annie prepares a comforting menu showcasing fresh ingredients and time-honored traditions. Begin with crisp bruschetta topped with whipped homemade ricotta, tomatoes and basil. Next, the chef presents tender, braised short ribs over creamy polenta paired with a refreshing salad bursting with bright flavors and textures. For dessert, indulge in torta ricotta e cioccolato, a luscious cake made with silky chocolate.
