Begin with either a charcuterie platter or a flavorful salad of cherry tomato and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic vinegar. For the pasta course, savor the gnocchi primavera studded with vegetables or try the satisfying cheese ravioli. Then for the main dish, you'll be hard pressed to choose between the veal shank with vegetables or the seafood stew. For dessert, have your pick of tiramisu or a pear torte.

After graduating from culinary school in Europe, Chef Alexandra moved to England where she spent two years working at upscale establishments, including three different three-star Michelin restaurants. She then spent years working in various European countries before coming to the U.S. where she would work under one of the most famous chefs in the nation, help manage catering events for 3,500 guests and even start a private chef business. After all her travels and years of upscale dining experience, she is eager to share her knowledge.
