This private chef experience begins with a light and tangy miso soup accompanied by seaweed salad topped with sea vegetables, tamari and red peppers. Relax and enjoy a fresh and vibrant assortment of sushi, including spicy tuna, salmon, cucumbers, avocado, and seaweed salad. For dessert, indulge in a light and tropical vegan mango pineapple ice cream.

We had a great time with Chef John. He gave us great cooking tips like healthier alternatives for certain ingredients and showed us how to chop things correctly.The food was great and the sorbet at the end was delicious!
