Sip a glass of fine Italian wine and enjoy each carefully curated bite with this Tuscan tasting by Chef Joseph. Prepare for a sumptuous experience that includes handmade gnocchi in a rich gorgonzola cream, tender veal shank ossobuco with saffron risotto, and a side of fluffy focaccia for soaking up the juices. Finish the experience with a dark chocolate tiramisu made with warming Kahlua.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

It was an amazing experience! Chef Joe made us feel comfortable and taught us so much about Italian cuisine and how to make pizza Napoletana. The food was delicious and fun to make. I would highly recommend Chef Joe!
