What You’ll Do

Indulge in the vibrant flavors from fresh farmers’ market finds.

Using ingredients from local farmers' markets, Chef Brian will create a vibrant four-course menu. To start the meal, enjoy char-grilled tomatoes, eggplant and fresh mozzarella drizzled with an herb and mushroom sauce. The main course is pan-seared salmon over tomatoes with a spicy garlic and bell pepper sauce. Then, temper the heat with a creamy corn soup flavored with ginger and coconut. Finish with decadent oven-roasted pears topped with homemade whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Brian is a celebrity chef who has previously been a private chef for Mary J Blige and Eddie Murphy. He has a lifetime of expertise in the culinary industry that he loves to share with his guests! Any chance I get to visit Miami I will for sure be booking with Chef Brian.
