Enjoy the flavors of Mexico with traditional Mexican recipes infused with contemporary twists.

You'll begin this private chef experience with Chef Linda by feasting on guacamole and street corn dip before savoring the main course: Grilled steak with chimichurri sided by tomatillo rice, Mayocoba beans, tortillas and a spicy pepper relish. For dessert, Chef Linda will whip up Mexican chocolate sundaes with cinnamon-sugar buñuelos for all to enjoy!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Ten stars! Not only was the food delicious, but Linda was a great host and very knowledgeable about food and regaled us with tons of information and was great company as we ate. We also had to make last minute changes to our schedule and she was super gracious and flexible to make it work out for us.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time with Chef Linda. She was pleasant, let us do all the prep work (with some demonstrations), mixing and cooking. Love that she was patient and offered helpful tips "tricks of the trade" so to speak, and provided all the recipes to follow. We really enjoyed the spring rolls with peanut sauce and feel much more confident remaking some of the dishes at home. The Vietnamese meatballs were absolutely delicious!!! Chef Linda accommodated my request to eliminate cilantro from my servings but allow my husband to have as much cilantro as he'd like. We never felt rushed and enjoyed her sharing her knowledge of cuisines and where dishes, ingredients came from. She also did all the clean-up which was such a nice treat! We are looking forward to having another cooking class with her in the near future. Wish we had taken some photos because the food turned out delicious and Chef Linda set up the dining room table so beautifully.
